“The idea behind dying those beautiful bright colours on the photos，derived from some old hand-colored photographs，which are still preserved in the albums of some Chinese families.To me，the colors are symbolic of those splendid moments and experiences that one comes across in one’s life，like the adolescence for the example.I take photos of girls in order to cherish the adolescence forever.
The way I take those photographs also reflects on the way I look back on moments in life that have vanished.Like is transient，and beauty is fragile.Humans are vulnerable.I wish to solidify these ideas into my works.“
