Experts and collectors who understand and love jadeite often use the word 'water' to describe a piece. Rarely, we come in contact with old-mine jadeite of such high caliber, firm crystal, fewer impurities, high transparency, and experience a sense of 'full water' visualization. When light enters the jadeite, fine crystals produce an emission effect with no obstacles, making the gem appear more energetic.
