A PAIR OF BRONZE WINE VESSELS, JUE(Early Western Zhou Dynasty, 10th Century BC)

Inscription “亞盉” H. 24.2 cm. Tail L. 19.3 cm.

The cup was cast with a globular body supported on three crisp blade-shaped legs. It had two spout and a long pointed rear lip. The handle of it was decorated with monster head, where the inscription was casted. The cups were relatively large and elegant.
