China Guardian Auctions (the Company) received a report on November 12 regarding an inaccurate news report purported issued by Sin Chew Daily on November 8, 2018. In terms of the news content, the Company hereby announces that:
“Guardian Art Auction in Dubai” is a fraudulent notice. No authorization has been granted by the Company to any persons or organizations to publish any consignment advertisements on Sin Chew Daily. The fraudulent company, all respective activities and any business controversies arising from these scams are not related to or associated with the Company. The Company has never held any public consignments in Kuala Lumpur and does not have any plans to hold any autumn auctions in Dubai. The Company will not be held liable to any losses caused by the fraudulent notice and reserves the right to pursue legal action in this matter.
