“The Divers Ensemble: Paintings and Calligraphy from the Collection of You Yi Tang” First co-organized by China Guardian (HK)

“The Divers Ensemble: Paintings and Calligraphy from the Collection of You Yi Tang” is the first exhibition jointly organized by You Yi Tang and China Guardian (HK). The Opening Ceremony will be officiated by Prof. Ambrose Yeo-chi King, S.B.S, J.P., Former Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Prof. Ho-nien Au, Department of Fine Art, University of Chinese Culture, Taiwan, Mr. Donald Yin Shing Lam, Head of Commercial Banking, Hang Seng Bank, Mr. John Chor Nam Tong, J.P., Mr. Hak Chiu Tsoi and Dr. Hermione Tsoi of You Yi Tang. The Exhibition will be held at Hall 5FG of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center on April 17-23, 2021.

Drawing on the strengths of You Yi Tang’s collection, built over decades, this exhibition offers a rare opportunity to see over 100 Chinese calligraphy and paintings, with each being of exceptional quality. Bringing together the works of some of China’s most revered artists, this exhibition is a showcase and celebration of their individual styles, and their unique interpretation of the nature and history of brush-stroke painting.
