【Important Notice】Adjustment of The Buyer’s Commission

Dear esteemed customer,

This letter serves as notice to the adjustment of the buyer’s commission. The adjustment is a reflection of the current business circumstances in Hong Kong and also in the maintenance of market competitiveness. From China Guardian’s Hong Kong 2021 Autumn Auctions (9th-14th October) the buyer’s commission is as follows：

For each auction lot with a hammer price of up to HKD 5 million, the commission shall be 20%; for increments over HKD 5 million to HKD 20 million the commission applicable to hammer price shall be 17%; and the commission applicable to increments of the hammer price above HKD20 million shall be 14% thereof.
