This specimen has a wide everted rim， a contracted neck and a lobed belly supported by three hoof-shaped legs. Flattened at the back， the legs splay out as they extend downwards. Above each leg on the belly is an arched flange serving as a divider for three symmetrical clusters of writhing stylized dragons with protruding eyes that are defined in thick lines. The everted rim is inscribed with an 11-character inscription suggesting that the cauldron was commissioned by Ziguo for his descendants for use and safekeeping until eternity.
