上款：“秋君女士”即李秋君（1899-1973），名祖雲，字秋君，以字行，齋名歐湘館，別署歐湘館主，為上海中國畫院畫師，中國美術家協會會員，中國民主同盟盟員。初隨兄習書作畫，後師從女畫家吳淑娟。因兄與張大千為至交，遂與之相識，得張指點，畫技大進。1933年在滬合創中國女子書畫會任主任，與何香凝、經普椿、汪德祖等為畫友。
